Whole-grain Spaghetti Aglio E Olio

wholegrain1The two most important spices from this recipe are fresh garlic and a very good olive oil , I just spent my short holiday to Italy , all I bought are olive oil , olive oil and olive oil .

Ingredients

  • Whole grain Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves of garlic , you can minced , crushed or just cut it into 2-3 parts
  • Lemon zest
  • 10-15 Fresh coriander leaves , chopped
  • 6-7 tbsp olive oil
  • Shrimp ( optional )
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dried Chili ( optional )
  • Parmesanwholegrain4

Instructions

  • Boiled the spaghetti with hot water , oil and 1 tsp salt wholegrain8
  • Prepare the panfry ,heat the olive oil ( maximum heat )and fry the garlic until the colors turn into light brownwholegrain5
  • add the coriander and shrimps , add a pinch of salt and pepperwholegrain6
  • add the lemon zest
  • dried the cooked spaghetti then add it into the panfry , mix it well , then turn off the heatwholegrain7
  • serve it while its warm with dried chili and parmesanwholegrain2
